Mrs. Mildred Bradley, 44 year old and wife of Charles Bradley of 412 South Cooper avenue, died at 12:15 a.m. today at the University hospital, Iowa City. She was the daughter of Ace and Elizabeth Slye and was born September 16, 1899, in Ottumwa, where she lived her entire life. She is survived by her husband and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ace Slye, Bloomfield; and by the following three brothers and one sister; William Sly, Bloomfield, Leo Slye, Jess Slye, and Mrs. Opal Coyne all of Ottumwa. Short funeral services for Mrs. Mildred Bradley, wife of Charles Bradley of 412 South Cooper avenue, who died at University hospital in Iowa City last Sunday, will be at the Johnson funeral chapel at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday and at the Sacred Heart church at 9 a.m. with a requiem high mass celebrated by the Rev. J.H. Courtney. Burial will be in the Calvary cemetery. Pallbearers will be John Songer, Dewey Coyne, Ellis Knox, Everett Bradley, Herman Bradley and Pvt. Arthur Bradley.
