The infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter H. Headley of Quincy avenue, Ottumwa route 4, died at the home Friday at 11:35 p.m. Surviving in addition to the parents, are the grandparents, William Headley of Ottumwa and Raymond E. Millhouse of Ottumwa. Private services were held at 2 p.m. today at the Johnson funeral chapel. Burial was in Shaul cemetery.
