Retired Milwaukee Conductor Is Dead
Frank D'Loughy 65, a retired Milwaukee railroad conductor died at the Ottumwa hospital at 1:40 a.m. today. He was born December 20, 1876. He made his home in Marion, Iowa, running out of that city on a passenger train for years, until his health failed. He came to Ottumwa on his retirement, and made his home with his son, at 402 East Pennsylvania avenue. He was a member of the Brotherhood of Railway Trainmen and of Marion Lodge NO. 6, A.F. and A.M. He has served as worshipful master and district lecturer. Surviving are his wife, Anna and son, Frank R. of Ottumwa. the body was taken to the Lester Jay Funeral home, and will be sent today to Marion where services and burial will be held Friday.
