Mrs. Margaret McDermott, 76, of 1002 Hackberry street, died Wednesday at 4:50 p.m. at St. Joseph hospital. Mrs. McDermott was born in Keokuk and had spent the last 53 years in Ottumwa. Surviving are a son, Dominic of Lovilia and a sister, Miss Sarah McDermott of Lovilia. The body is at the Vaughan funeral chapel.
Services for Mrs. Margaret McDermott, 1002 Hackberry street, who died at St. Joseph hospital Wednesday will be held Saturday at 8:30 a.m. at the Vaughan funeral chapel at 9 a.m. at the Sacred Heart Catholic church were requiem high mass will be celebrated by the Rev. J.H. Courtney, pastor. Burial will be in Calvary cemetery. Members of the Altar and Rosary society will meet tonight at 8 0'clock to recite the rosary.
