James Crispin, 79, died Thursday at 12:15 p.m. north of the city. Surviving is a step daughter, Mrs. Sarah Matthews of Ottumwa. Services will be in the Lester Jay funeral home Saturday at 1:30 p.m. conducted by the Rev. A.D. McClure. Burial will be in Ottumwa cemetery.
