Mrs. Rosa Lee Dunning, 509 Boone avenue, died at the Des Moines general hospital Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. Mrs. Dunning was the daughter of Levi and Elizabeth Poston and was born in Davis county June 5, 1882. She had lived in Ottumwa for the last 42 years. Mrs. Dunning was a member of the Pentecostal church. Surviving are her husband; daughter, Mrs. Ella Pearson of Ottumwa; son, Francis Dunning of Ottumwa; six grandchildren, Ellis Johns, Mrs. John Eaton and Miss Donna Wagner of Ottumwa, Keith, Jeanette and Dwain Pearson of Ottumwa; brother Joseph Poston of Ottumwa and Stanley Poston of Aberdeen Washington. She was preceded in death by two daughters and a son. The body is at Johnson's funeral chapel, where it will remain until Thursday at 12:30 p.m. when it will be taken to the Pentecostal church to remain until the hour of the service. Services will be Thursday at 2:30 p.m. in the church conducted by Rev. A.D. McClure. Burial will be in Shaul cemetery.
