MRS. LEWIS KOSMANMrs. Elizabeth Rouch Kosman, 63 years old, wife of Lewis Kosman, died in the St. Joseph hospital at 11:50 Friday night. The family resides eight miles south-west of Ottumwa on the Blakesburg road.
In addition to her husband she is survived by six children, Mrs. Martin Scieszinski of Melrose, John A. Kosman of Fairfield, Mrs. Joseph McDermott and William J. Kosman of Ottumwa, and Teresa and Louis, at home; one brother, Philip Rouch, south of Ottumwa; two sisters, Mrs. Frank Kurtz of East Pleasant Plain and Margaret Rouch, east of Ottumwa; and fourteen grandchildren.
Four children preceded her in death.
The body will remain at the Roscoe mortuary until time for the services. The funeral cortege will leave the mortuary at 8:30 Monday morning for St. Patrick’s church, where requiem high mass will be celebrated by the Rev. H. J. Hogan at 9 o'clock. Sons and sons-in-law will be pallbearers. Burial will be in the Calvary cemetery.
