WILLIAM RAMSEY
Centerville—William Ramsey, 84 years old, teamster here and resident of this vicinity for about sixty years, died Wednesday evening at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Charles Boston, on East Orchard street. He was born in Illinois in 1850, the son of Eli and Lucy Ramsey, and was married to Miss Bell Crowel of Keokuk. His wife died five years ago. He is survived by four children, Mrs. Boston of Centerville, Eli Ramsey of Centerville, Mrs. Madge Hendricks of Des Moines and T. L. Ramsey of Illinois. Funeral services will probably be held Friday at 2:30 p.m. at the Beckner funeral home here in charge of the Rev. Frank Wilder. Burial will be in Oakland cemetery. Mr. Ramsey was a member of the Methodist Episcopal church.
