She was survived by her husband, Thomas E. Hoover; daughter, Mrs. Elisa Sporer of Ottumwa; sons, Henry, William, Earl, and Ernest Hoover of Ottumwa; 20 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by four sons and two daughters.
