MARGARET ELLEN JONES

Mrs. Margaret Ellen Jones, 2026 Bertha street, died at 7:40 o’clock this morning at the home of her son, J.H. Jones, 610 May street. She was 77 years old and is survived by four sons, J.H. Jones, Perry Jones and Willis Stroud of Ottumwa and Lewis Jones. One brother, Lafe Belt of Louisiana, also survives. Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock from the home of her son, 610 May street, conducted by the Rev. W.J. Creswell, pastor of the East End Presbyterian church. Burial will be made in the Shaul cemetery.
