Mrs. Mary Campbell Dies January 9th 1950.
Mrs. Mary Campbell, 77, of 211 north Green street, Ottumwa, died at 7 a.m. Monday at the Ottumwa hospital.

The daughter of the Rev. Job and Ann Hyde, she was born February 23, 1872, in Staffordshire, England. She had lived in Ottumwa since coming to this country in 1889, and was a member of the Wesley Methodist church.

Mrs. Campbell is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Ruth Wagner, Miss Naomi Hyde and Mrs. Annie Wolfe, all of Ottumwa; three brothers, Thomas Hyde and Sampson Hyde, both of Ottumwa, and Job Hyde of Des Moines.

Her husband, Charles, preceded her indeath as did two sisters and five brothers.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the Jay funeral home in charge of the Rev. Wilson Hyde,pastor of the Wesley Methodist Church.

Burial was made in Ottumwa cemetery.
