WILLIAM E. FRANCIS.

William E. Francis, 1226 Hayne street, 74 years old, died at his home Sunday night at 9 o’clock. He is survived by one son, Marion Edward Francis of Ottumwa; one daughter, Mrs. Florence Heckart of Ottumwa; one brother, Edd Francis of San Diego. Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 4 o’clock from the Johnson funeral chapel, the services being conducted by the Rev. A.D. McClure. Burial will be made in the Shaul cemetery.
