Obituary From "Ottumwa Courier," March 15, 1915:

Mrs. Annie Withrow, passed away this afternoon at 1 o'clock at her home, 717 East Mill street, aged about 53 years. She is survived by five children, Walter, Willie, Orphia, John and Mrs. C.H. Allen, all of Ottumwa.

The funeral will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the residence conducted by the Rev. Hiram Baker. Interment will be made in Shaul cemetery.
