Mrs. Ophelia Elma Truitt, 74, wife of Morgan L. Truitt, died at her home near Agency at 2:40 AM today. Besides her husband she is survived by one son, Lawrence, of Ottumwa, and two grandchildren. She was an active member of the Methodist Episcopal Church. Funeral services will be held at the Agency Methodist Episcopal Church Wednesday at 2 PM, conducted by the Rev. C. R. Reed. Burial be made in Agency cemetery. The body will remain at the Lester Jay funeral home until 9 AM Wednesday, when it will be taken to the home.
