Jackie Lavern Worth, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Jesse William Worth, 1115 South Street, died at the Ottumwa hospital at 6:10 a.m. today. Surviving are his parents and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Girt Keasling and Mr. and Mrs. George Worth, all of Ottumwa. Private services will be held at Johnson’s funeral Chapel Friday at 2:30 PM. Burial was made in Shaul cemetery.
