Lloyd P. Longdo, 88, formerly of Ottumwa, died Wednesday, Nov. 18, at Ravenswood Nursing and Rehab Center of natural causes. He was born Aug. 24, 1910 in Superior, Wis., son of Adrian and Kathleen Goodson Longdo. He married Loretta Quinn
on May 1,1933 in Ottumwa, she died in 1971. Mr. Longdo was a retired chef for the Ottumwa Country Club. Survived by two sons, David of Ottumwa, and Phil of Arlington, Texas; two daughters, Jean Sanders of Keswick and Dorothy Dunn of Waterloo; 16 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren, and a brother, Lyle of Kansas City, Mo. Preceded in death by a brother, Adrian; two sisters, Katherine O’Toole and Betty Onnan, and a granddaughter. Services: 2 p.m. Saturday at Robertson-Jay Funeral Home.
