RUSSELL EDWARD SHAW

Russell Edward Shaw, 14-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Morgan Shaw, died at his home, Ottumwa Route 2 Monday at 11:30 p.m.

He was born in Ottumwa November 2, 1924, was a pupil of High Point School.

Suviving are his parents; three brothers, Charles, Lloyd and Gerald, and a sister, Carolyn, all at home, and grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Shaw of Ottumwa and Mr. and Mrs. William Coyne of Ottumwa route 4.

Services will be held in the home Thursday at 8:30 a.m. and at St. Patrick's Catholic church at 9 a.m. where requiem high mass will be celebrated by the Rev. T.C. Donahoe, pastor. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Loren Hagedon, Carl and Ernest Yochum, Warren Vandello, Howard Millard, and James Vandello.

The casket will be taken from Johnson's funeral chapel to the home today at 5:30 p.m.
