Ellsworth Selix

CENTERVILLE - Ellsworth Selix, 78, of 1212 Cross Street, died in the St. Joseph's Hospital at 3:10 p.m. Wednesday.

He was born July 21, 1889, in Unionville, to James and Mary Etta Ahee Selix. On May 28, 1926, he married Cecil Garner who survives. He was a retired farmer of the Unionville area and had lived here the past 17 years. He was a veteran of World War 1.

Also surviving are one daughter, Glenna Colleen Violett of Centerville; four grandchildren and three brothers, Joe of Colorado Springs, Colo., Simon of Tacoma, Wash., and Arlo of Agency.

The service will be Saturday, 1:30 p.m., at the Miller-Wehrle Funeral Home, the Rev. Paul Lobb officiating. Burial will be in Taylor Cemetery east of Unionville.
