Wanda E. Stiner 82; formely of 406 N. Green died at 5:20 a.m. today at Sunnyslope Care Center.

She was born April 15, 1898 in Highland Center to Edward and Dora Alice Knight Packwood.She lived in Ottumwa all of her life. She was a member of Wesley Methodist Church, Eagles Auxillary, the Rebecca Lodge in Eldon, the Railroad Trainman Auxillary.She married Harold Stiner Feb. 23, 1943. He has died.

Survivors:Sons; Ralph Ellis Jr., and Robert Ellis of Ottumwa; five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren, and two step grandchildren; a brother Forrest Packwood of Eagle Grove; and sisters Bernice Lewis ot Ottumwa and Mercedes Selman of Sonora, Mexico.

Services will be t 3:00 Friday at Reece funeral home. Burial will be at McCormich cemetery at Highland.
