RICHARD MANN

Richard "Dick" Mann, 83, of 952 S. Weller died Nov. 3 at 7:43 a.m. in Ottumwa Hospital.

He was born April 11, 1894 in Wisconsin (son of Elida E. and Roxana Hoyt Mann) and was a member of the Salvation Army.

Survivors, nieces Jessie Berry and Inez Sallee, both of Phoinix, Ariz.

Services 3 p.m. Friday in Johnson Funeral Chapel. Major Moyne Darnell of the Salvation Army officiating. Burial Shaul Cemetery.
