MRS. FRED MILLER OF AGENCY FOUND DEAD

Agency-Mrs. Fred Miller 70, of Agency was found dead in her bed this morning. Coroner Gordon Traul was called and said the death was from natural causes.

Mrs. Miller is survived by her husband and a daughter Mrs. Wilford McVey of Ottumwa. The Millers have been residents here for forty years.

Other survivors are two grandchildren; Gary and Janet Sue McVey of Ottumwa; a sister Mrs. Lottie Robertson of Galesburg, Ill., and three brothers; Alfred Edelman, Alexis, Ill., Edward and George Edelman both of North Henderson, Ill. A son Roy preceded Mrs. Miller in death in 1915.

Before her marriage she was Miss Ida Mae Edelman, daughter of Lewis and Lydia Edelman, and was born in North Henderson.

Mrs. Miller was a member of the Agency Methodist church, and for twenty years had been the local registrar.

The body is at the Johnson Funeral home.

Funeral services for Mrs. Miller who died Tuesday at her home, will be held at the Agency Methodist church at 2:30 p.m. Thursday. The Rev. C.R. Reed pastor of the Williard Street Methodist chutch, and the Rev. Mrs. Daughtery; of the Agency Methodist church will be in charge. Burial will be made at Agency cemetery.

Mr. and Mrs. Miller had celebrated their forty eighth wedding anniversary Saturday Feb. 14th.

The casket will remain at the Johnson Funeral home here until 11:30 a.m. Thursday when it will be taken to the church.
