OTTUMWA — Phyllis Ann Van Winkle, 59, formerly of Ottumwa, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2007.Her parents, Delmer and Phyllis Audrey Van Winkle; and her brother, John Paul Van Winkle, preceded her in death.

Her sister, Bernice Kae Sanchez and brother-in-law, Paul Sanchez; her nephews, Rick, Marc and Keith; and numerous other family members, survive her.Ann was a very caring and kind person who touched the lives of many with her thoughtfulness. Although she had many illnesses and medical problems throughout her life, she never complained and retained a positive outlook on life, always trying to live as normally as possible.

She will be sorely missed and never forgotten by those who loved her. French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, N.M. 87102 is in charge of arrangements.
