Mrs. Frankie Verl Cloyd 80 of 109 North Ash died Tuesday at 8:30 pm at Ottumwa Hospital.

She was born in Richland, Iowa December 6, 1883 to Milton and Addie Hadley. She has spent most of her life in Ottumwa. Mrs. Cloyd was a former employee of Dolly's Hat Shop, which is no longer in business.

She was married to Fred Cloyd who died in 1940.

Surviving are three sons; Kenneth and Lawrence of Ottumwa, and Gaylor Cloyd of San Bernadino, Ca.; 12 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.

Preceding her in death was her husband, one daughter, two sons and one brother.

The funeral will be Friday at 1 pm at Jay Funeral Home of Ottumwa. Burial will be at Blakesburg Cemetery.
