CHARLES S. BLAKE

Charles S. (Sammie) Blake, 54, died at the home of his niece, Mrs. Wilford Dommer of Blakesburg route 2, today at 10:15 a.m. Born in Ottumwa on May 20, 1899, he was the son of Charles B. and Ellen M. Rupe Blake.

He is survived by one sister, Mrs. Nellie E. Allen of Ottumwa; and three nieces, Mrs. Dommer of Blakesburg route 2, Mrs. Robert Miller of Ottumwa, and Mrs. Charles (Jack) Morey of Cleveland, Ohio.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.

The body is at the Johnson funeral chapel pending completion of arrangements.
