Stella Shelton 74 of Ottumwa Route 5 died Aug. 11, 1984 at Otumwa Hospital.

She was born March 11, 1910 at Unionville, Mo. to Walter and Rebecca Van Cleave Clancy.She married Raymond J. Shelton. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband; three sisters Dorothy Jackson and Viola Cook of Ottumwa, and Anna Dunning of Elgin, Ill.

She was preceded in death by a son.

The service will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Shrine of Memorials Funeral Home with the Rev. Harley Schull officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
