September 26, 2000OTTUMWA - ARDIS D. NICHOLS, 84 of Pennsylvania Place, died 9:35 am, September 23, 2000 at Vista Woods Care Center.
She was born March 20, 1916, to JOSEPH LESTER and LYDIA JOHNSON GOSSAGE of Ottumwa,Iowa. She married RALPH P. NICHOLS on August 14, 1937 in Ottumwa,Iowa.
She is survived by her husband.
Services will be at 1 pm today, September 26, at Reece Funeral Home with Joe SELIX officiating. Burial will be in the Ottumwa Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to Hospice Inc.
