THIS MEMORIAL IS DEDICATED TO FORMER CENTERAL ADDITION FAMILIES OF "BLACKHAWK AREA."

THE RESIDENTS FOR NEARLY 75 YEARS; THIS AREA SERVED AS A HOME AND PLACE OF BUSINESS FOR MANY RESIDENTS OF OTTUMWA.

Names on the section where my family names are included and etched on the original bricks taken from each street of this former home.
