My father Steven Halachoulis and his siblings, Spiro and Shea were born and raised in Ottumwa. My father was born in 1921 and graduated from OHS in 1939. He managed the Strand Theater before enlisting in the Navy in '41 or '42. My grandfather, Anthony/Tony owned a shoe repair shop in Ottumwa. Any info or documents or ways to get them would be apreciated.
