GEORG W. KITTERMAN -- WILL

In the name of God Amen: I, GEORGE W. KITTERMAN of Ottumwa, Wapello County, Iowa a widower of the age of seventy six (76) years and being of sound and disposing mind and realizing the certanty of death and the uncertainty of life, do make, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills made by me.

First: It is my desire and request that my funeral expenses and lawful debts be first paid out of my estate by my executor after my decease.

Second: I will, devise and bequeath to my beloved daughter, EDNA KITTERMAN of Ottumwa, Iowa, one and one half (1 1/2) acres of land off the east end of the north half of lot two (2) in Hammond's sub-division being a part of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of the north east quarter of the northeast quarter of section nineteen (19) township seventy two (72) range thirteen (13) Wapello County, Iowa to her in absolute fee simple title.

Third: I will, devise and bequeath to my beloved daughter EDNA KITTERMAN all of my personal property of every kind whatsoever I did seized of to her in absolute simple title.

Fourth: I will, devise and bequeath to my daughter MRS HATTIE SMITH of Ottumwa, Iowa the balance of said north one half of lot two (2) Hammond's sub-division of the part of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter and the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of section nineteen (19) township seventy two (72) range thirteen (13) being about one acre to her in absolute fee simple title.

Fifth: I will, divise and bequeath to CASIUS KITTERMAN, my son, ROWENA PARKER, LILLIAM K. LYON
and LYDIA KIRKPATRICK, the last three named persons being my daughters and to ETHEL PARKER and HAROLD PARKER my grand children (to take one share) to each of them undivided one fifth in absolute fee simple title to the south half of lot two (2) in Hammond's sub-division being part of the northwest quarter of the the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter, section nineteen (19) township seventy two (72) range thirteen (13) Wapello County, Iowa.

Sixth: I nominate and appoint EDNA KITTERMAN sole executrix of this my last Will and testament without bond.

Dated at Ottumwa Iowa this 15th day of April 1920.

We the undersigned witnesses, certify that GEORGE W. KITTERMAN the testator who signed the above instrument, signed the same in our presence and in the presence of each other and we signed the same as witnesses at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other and he declared in our presence that the said instrument was his last Will and testament and at the time he signed the same, he was of sound mind and memory.
