in need of obituary/ probate/ or land record

Hello, I'm trying to link Martha Williamson Cassidy to her father, Francis Frank Williamson. Frank died in 1866 in either Mercer County, Missouri or Van Buren County, IA. He is supposedly buried in Van Buren County.
I'm hoping to access an obituary of Frank mentioning his children or a probate or land record. Any ideas of the best place to look? The records on FamilySearch are locked. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
