I am researching a woman's female school in Keene,New Hampshire, and I have to write biograhies
on over 1,000 women who attended this school, and I have traced one of the young ladies to the town of Harrisburgh, where she died on the 2nd of August,1843,aged 33 years.
Clarissa Dickey, was born in Alstead,New Hampshire, about 1812,the daughter of James and Anna[Gilmore]Dickey,of Alstead.
She was married in St.Francisville,Missouri,in June of 1841,to Hanson Hawkins of St.Louis,Missouri.
Mr.Hawkins was born in Springfield,Vermont, the son of Capt.George Washington and Hannah [Mansur]Hawkins of Springfield.
I am looking for any historical material, burial records and anything else that you might have in your Archives concerning this lady and her husband.
Please let me know what the costs will be for everything.
Harry L.York,111.
