I'm so glad you found it!

The booklet itself (Alfrey Cem. - Steinmeyer Cem. 2001 - Farmington Twp.) was published by the VAN BUREN COUNTY GENEALOGICAL SOCIETY in 2001. The inside title page would have also given the date the cemetery was inventoried and by whom. If you need more than that I can get a copy of the title page for you.
