I located Janet and had a nice talk with her. She has not done any genealogy research for over 15 years and the material she has is very sketchy. Since she is not actively researching, she suggested that you contact the museum and historical society in New Salem, Illinois which she believes has information on the family. I asked for permission to give out her contact info. but she did not see what further information she could add other than the pictures she had already submitted to the Birmingham website.
