Who owns the house now

I was in Milton about three years ago, and through research, found the house my great great grandparents, John and Barbara Seamster lived in until about 1921. John died in 1912, but Barbara lied there until her death in 1921. The last time I saw the house it was boarded up, and painted entirely in blue. It sits along V56 on the east side, just north of the cemetery. (Google maps shows it as E. Rd., or about 167 N Sunrise Lane). Does anybody know who owns the property now, and if I can contact them? If anyone can help,I would really appreciate it. Thank you.
