I am looking for Sillman Gill and Family, he was in the 1860 census living in Van Buren County, Iowa, there also living in the house Mary and Nancy Chamberlain, which I suspect was the child of his wife by another marriage. There was a Margaret Gill listed I suppose as his wife, altho his age was listed as 65 and hers 32. Their children were listed as James, Lucretira. Adeline. and William D.
Hope someone else has heard of him, he is the greatgrandfather of my husband and I have been looking for a few years.
