NUBY SWITH B. 24 NOV 1816 died 1 Sep 1876.....
buried in Wright Cemetery 3 miles from me. in
JEFFERSON COUNTY, IOWA

His wife was Lydia Ballinger l807-1888
also buried in Wright Cemetery

I have in front of me a family sheet 4 ch
1.Sarah m. Allen King 9 ch
2.Henry Clay Smith m. Martha Giberson ? ch
3.Winfield Smith m Arie Stewart 4 ch
4.Zachary Taylor Smith m. Joanna Fell 9 ch

Nuby 1816-1876 was the oldest of 8 children of
Henry Smith and wife Sarah. Henry never came
to Iowa, died about l839,but his wife Sarah came
and remarried William McCullough and is buried\
over east of me in yet another cemetery called
Mt. Zion Cem.

in California has been working on them.

Nuby 1866-1942 in Spencer Cemetery is a
son of Henry Powell Smith 1834-1914 who is the youngest brother of Nuby l816-1876, now how is
that for confusing you !! bye for now.
