I grew up in the Farmington area, many years ago. I don't remember the name of the paper, but the Keosaqua, Iowa library has microfilm copies of all the papers from it's beginning. I had the address, and some correspondence with the librarian, but my computer crashed and lost it all. I believe through the Iowa geneological society you can get their email address. Good luck.
