I am researching the PRATT family of Lee and VanBuren County Iowa. John Burdett Pratt and his wife Ellen O'Connell lived in Charleston Lee Co. Iowa from 1860 to 1885 according to the Census. They were the parents of eight children, however in 1900 only three were living. I have the death record of one Clara A. Pratt,a daughter who died 11 Aug 1881, in Charleston. She was buried 13 Aug 1881 in Farmington. Since there are several cemeteries in Farmington, if anyone out there is doing Cemetery work and runs across PRATT Tombstones, I would appreciate an E-Mail with that information. I need to account for 4 more children, and am hoping they may be buried by Clara, or that Clara is buried near a grandparent or other relative.
