WINTERS, RUDD deaths, 1860 Des Moines Tp.

I am looking for death, cemetery or probate records for:

1) Wyman W. WINTERS (was in 1860 census, not found in 1870 census)
2) Decourt or Decoury RUDD (prob. died between 1861 and 1865)

In addition, I am looking for the widow of Wyman Winters (Mary W, b. 1816) and his 2 sons: Charles, b. 1846 and John M. b. 1854. Mary was still alive in 1880, but I don't know where she was between 1860 and 1880 or what happened to the boys.

I have the following information:

Wyman Winters and his family are in the 1860 US census for Des Moines, Van Buren IA.

His daughter, Amy Orcelia married Decoury or Decourt Rudd 7/28/1860.

Family legend has it that Amy left her husband and went to CA with her daughter; and that Rudd was killed soon after she left. Amy was in CA when her 2nd child was born in May, 1866.

I'd appreciate any information anyone has on these individuals. If you are researching the Winters/Churchill lines, I have more information about them I would be happy to share.
