Heidlebaugh Cemetery of course is in Salt Lick Twp., Sec. 36, Davis county and your Jeremiah V. Black is shown as a resident of Union township, Davis county in the 1880 census. Unless he had relatives in Keosauqua or Milton, it's probably unlikely there would have been an obit published in Van Buren county. Perhaps someone with a connection to this family can help. I'd also suggest checking microfilm for Eldon in Wapello county as well as newspapers in Davis county.
