Amy F. Van Stienburgh, born about 1878 in Harrisburg Twp, Van Buren Co. IA to Henry Reed and Alice Luemma Smith Van Stienburgh. Alice, her mother died in April 1880. Amy is living with her grandmother, Lydia Jane Lyon (Van Steenburgh, Yarnell)Seward near Winchester in Union Twp. on the 1880 US Census. Henry's obit list her as living in Oregan in 1935. Amy had 3 sister & brothers, all died before April 1880.
