I have recently inherited from my father, a very interesting pitcher purchased in England by Robert Wilson. He came to this country and settled in Lee County, IA, sometime before 1869 when he married Anne M. Atkinson, who was my great-great grandmother. Her daughter Carrie (by a previous marriage, was my great-grandmother.) I would like to find out more about Robert Wilson's pottery business as the piece is so unusual.
