William/Mary Perkins Info Request

I am looking for information on a William Perkins born in Virginia in 1827 and his wife Mary born in Ohio in 1828. They are buried in Rhoades Cemetery near Farmington, IA. They had a son Charles Andrew Perkins that was born in Bonaparte, IA on October 24, 1854.

I would like dates/locations for births/dates and their parents' names.

I suspect William may be a brother of Joseph F. Perkins and their daughter Amanda may have married James A. Fowler. I would appreciate confirmation.
