I'm also descended from Henry Stewart and Ruth Caster/Castor, through their daughter Mary Jane (Stewart) Kirkpatrick. You can find the Stewart family (including James A.) in the 1850 census in Union Township, Washington County PA. Mary Jane's death certificate says she was born in Elizabeth PA in 1832.
