The little daughter of Jesse C. Brown died recently in Idaho. The following from the Emmett, Idaho, Index gives particulars. The sympathies of the many friends here are extended to the bereaved and heartbroken parents.

LaWava Marie, little daughter of Jesse C. and Vernah M. Brown died early Monday morning, October 28, and was buried Tuesday afternoon, the funeral services being conducted at the Baptist church by Pastor Magroler?. Mr. Brown moved from California to Iowa in June, 1900, and recently to Emmett. LaWava was born in Sawtelle, Calif. January 24, 1906, and at the time of her death was aged one year, nine months and one days.
