Mrs. Harve Boley

Fairfield - Mrs. Harve N. Boley died unexpectedly Friday at 9:45 a.m. at the Memorial Hospital in Mt. Pleasant, where she was taken Thursday afternoon.
The funeral will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Hillsboro Baptist Church. The Rev. O. T. Wilson, Mt. Pleasant and the Rev. Charles Grooms, Hillsboro, will officiate. Burial will be in Hillsboro cemetery. The body is at Behner Funeral Home.
Mrs. Boley, 67, was born (Mary Beatrice Dodds) Jan. 11, 1894, near Pierceville, in Van Buren County, the daughter of W. V.(William Van Meter) and Olive Teal Dodds
She was married Sept. 2, 1919, near Hillsboro to Harve Boley who survives.
The family farm is four miles southwest of Hillsboro where they have lived for the past 42 years.
Besides her husband, she is survived by the following; two sons and a daughterL Dale Boley, Hillsboro, Robert Boley, Cedar Rapids; and Mrs. Benna Coop. She leaves eight grandchildren.
Also surviving are four sisters and two brothers; Mrs. Sydney Scott, Eldon; Mrs. Twila Short, Cantril; Mrs. Willa Kerr, Silvis, Ill. Mrs. Grace Detrick; Eberly Dodds, Stockport; and Kayle Dodds, Fairfield.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
