Miss Naomi Taylor was born on [Monday] Aug. 1, 1842 in Harrison Co, Ohio. She came west and settled with her parents on a farm near Birmingham in 1853.

She was married to John Grammar on [Sunday] May 10, 1857, and to this union were born eight children, five boys and three girls.

On [Tuesday] Jan. 19, 1915, this happy union was severed by the death of Mr. Grammar.
