MARGARET E. CLEMENSON

Margaret E. Clemenson, 79, of Farmington died Monday March 26 at 3:30 a.m. in Van Buren County Memorial Hospital, Keosauqua.

She was the daughter of John and Minevuina [sic-s/b Minerva] Mize Ferrell born June 24, 1899 at Montrose.

She married Walter Clemenson on March 10, 1920 at Keokuk. He preceded her in death.

Mrs. Clemenson was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church, Farmington and its Altar and Rosary Society, and the American Legion Auxiliary at Donnellson.

She is survived by one son, Raymond, of Farmington; and one daughter, Mrs. Dean (Garnet) Denly of Valdosta, Georgia; two brothers, Thomas Ferrell of Burlington, and Lester Ferrell of Montrose; 10 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was also preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.

The funeral service will be Thursday at 10 a.m. in St. Boniface Catholic Church, Farmington, with Father Dennis Martin officiating. Burial will be in Greenglade Cemetery, Farmington. The Hofbauer Funeral Home, Farmington, was in charge of arrangements. A prayer service was held at 7 p.m. Wednesday.

I would like to know more about this family - was her husband Farrell or Ferrell? Who were his parents? Her mother Minerva was d/o Samuel Mize and Nancy Brewster.
