Lucy Cammarota

STOCKPORT - Lucy Jeannette Cammarota, 66, former area resident, died Sunday, March 4, 1990, at Booth Memorial Medical Center in Flushing, N.Y.

The service was held at Thomas Quinn Funeral Home at Astoria, Long Island, N.Y., with burial in Pine Lawn Memorial Park, Long Island. A memorial has been established to Stockport Library.

Mrs. Cammarota was born Oct. 8, 1923, in Roseville, Ill., the daughter of Ira and Lola G. Clark Pratt. She grew up in the Utica area and graduated from Stockport High Shcool(err) in 1941. On March 23, 1946, she married George Cammarota in Cedar Rapids. He died Oct. 22, 1982. She was a member of the Astoria United Methodist Church.

Surviving are two sons, Bruce and Roy, a daughter, Patricia Cammarota, all of New York, N.Y.; six grandchildren; her mother of Stockport; two brothers, Robert Pratt of De Witt, Fred Pratt of Fairfield; a sister, Carol Ann Chapman of Fairfield; nieces and nephews.
