Lorraine Papke, 64, Farmington, died at 4 p.m. on Thursday, November 8, 1990 at her home, of an apparent heart attack.
She was born March 13, 1926 in Aberdeen, South Dakota.
On September 25, 1926 in Aberdeen, South Dakota.
On September 25, 1946, in Aberdeen, she married Harley Papke. They moved to Farmington from Everett, Washington in May 1990. She was a retired employee of the General Telephone Company. She was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church, Farmington, and the American Business Women's Association.
Survivors include her husband; one son, Brad Papke, Seattle, Washington; three daughters, Meredith Guthmiller, Chelan, Washington, Karen Burkett, Farmington, Sherry Lindsey, Boise Idaho; six grandchildren; two brothers, Leon Shuck, Fort Meyers, Florida and Wilbur Shuck, Aberdeen, South Dakota; and one sister, Mary Christiansen, Frederick, South Dakota.
Her parents were Orville and Winnie Lynch Shuck.
Services were held Monday, November 12, 1990 at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Farmington with Reverend Paul Connolly officiating. Burial was in Greenglade Cemetery, Farmington.
A memorial fund has been established.
